student artwork to be displayed at Legislative Office Building in Albany
Jan. 16-23 Several Scotia-Glenville students will have their work displayed during the 19th annual New York State Art Teachers Association Legislative Art Show at the Legislative Office Building in Albany from Jan. 16-23. This exhibit showcases student achievement in the visual arts. The work will be on display in the "well" of the Legislative Office Building on State Street in Albany. The opening reception is on Wednesday, January 21 from 12:30-2 p.m. These SG students will have work on display: • Judi McClure’s Middle School classes: Abigail Pietrow and Alexis Webb, both grade 8. • Emily Juda’s Middle School classes: Sarah Ryle, grade 7, and Troy Gapczynski, grade 6. • Adrienne Hall’s Lincoln Elementary classes: Samantha Mabie, grade 5, and Lily Murphy, grade 3. • Adrienne Hall's Glendaal Elementary classes: Kayla Aydlott, grade 4, and Jenna Stuart, grade 3.
